My Not-So-Secret Potluck Recipes

Snapple BBQ Chicken

This is my own version - low sodium recipe. It sounded exciting already.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. Chicken Parts
  • 1 bottle Snapple fruit drink (Mango Madness is the best)
  • 2 cups Lite Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Mirin Vinegar (Japanese Seasoned Vinegar)
  • 4 cloves Crushed Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion

Marinade chicken parts overnight and BBQ or Grill next day. Season with salt after cooked.
