My No-So-Secret Potluck Recipes
Don't get exited with the name. I used the leftover condiments from those fast food restaurants with a bit of hot and sweet taste to it. Personally I believe that these condiments tend to have more salty flavors than the over-the-counter ones. The more erotic you want, the more hot sauce you will need.
Gather all of condiments you can find in your house. If you can't find any, you can substitute with ketchup, soy sauce, taco sauce, and sugar. Pour them in a sauce pan, simmer and stir frequently.
In another pot, boil chicken wings or drumsticks in high heat until the meat is about to break apart. Turn off heat. Use tong to pick up chicken pieces and transfer directly to the sauce pot. Here is the important part... you need to glaze the chicken parts while they're hot, so the flavor can penetrate.
You can define your taste, strong or weak. Don't forget to sample your food during cooking.
