My Not-So-Secret Potluck Recipes

Cabbage String Salad

A flash 5-minute dish

1/2 head of cabbage

1 onion

2 tablespoon cooking oil

2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoon vinegar

Dash of salt, Tabasco Sauce

  1. Cut cabbage and onion in slices or strings.

  2. Mix in all seasoning in a microwavable dish.

  3. Microwave high for 5 minutes or until tender. Stir half way during cooking.
